Management Team

Bernard Fried, CEO

Bernard joins Siterra with more than 20 years of operations and finance experience in the engineering, construction and technology delivery industries. Prior to Siterra, Bernard served as CEO of Citadon, a venture backed company offering an ASP enterprise software collaboration solution for lifecycle management of project based activities across multiple industries. Bernard also founded Bechtel Business Services, a Shared Services company and an operating entity within the Bechtel Group, one of the world's leading, privately owned global engineering and construction firms. Also during his tenure at Bechtel, Bernard was the CFO and a Managing Director of Bechtel Enterprises, the finance, development, and ownership arm of the group. Bernard's background also includes over a decade with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) with positions in Canada, USA, and most notably as global VP for finance at ABB's head office in Zurich. Bernard has an MBA from Concordia University and is a Professional Engineer and graduate of McGill University.

Bobby Jadhav, Chief Technical Officer

Bobby brings to Siterra more than 15 years of experience in leadership, technology and SaaS. Most recently Bobby was CTO at Citadon, an on-demand collaboration & document management company, where he was instrumental in architecting a next generation collaboration platform and building a new vertical market. Prior to Citadon, Bobby co-founded CalKey Technologies, a pioneer in building tools for Model Driven Architecture. As President & CTO of CalKey, he successfully grew the company from inception to profitability to successful merger. Prior to CalKey, Bobby served various management & architecture roles in building mission critical systems for Tandem Computers (now Hewlett Packard), TAB Products, Johnson & Johnson, J Walter Thomson, Pfizer, Colgate-Palmolive, Sun Life Assurance (UK), Neptune Orient Lines (Singapore). Bobby holds a BS in Electronics from Poona University, India.

Gary Williamson, VP of Client Services

Gary brings to Siterra more than 15 years of Professional Services experience, directly performing as well as managing large Professional Services organizations. Gary also brings long experience in wireless communications having previously worked for service provider organizations in various capacities, including project and program management as well as senior management responsible for project management nationwide. Gary has worked directly for many of Siterra's current wireless customers.

Prior to wireless, Gary was responsible for deployment in North America for custom interface middleware systems to SAP for a major SAP partner. These deployments often required custom software delivery and interfaces that managed unique pick, pack and ship routines for warehouse and material management. During this period, Gary was configuration certified by SAP in their MM/WM module and performed business process engineering and implementation for various customers.

Prior to this Gary worked in a variety of industries as a research and development engineer. He has worked in oil and gas, seismic and underground explosion detection, printing and distribution and various government programs including the Superconducting Super Collider project. Gary holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Kendall Baker, Chief Financial Officer

Kendall brings to Siterra more than 16 years of experience in senior level management positions in financial planning and management. Most recently Ms. Baker served as VP Finance for AirToxics where she was responsible for all accounting, finance, human resources, risk management and sales and contract management functions.

Ms. Baker was previously also the VP Finance of Citadon and MyHomeKey.com. Prior to that Ms. Baker served in a number of senior management positions at Bechtel Corporation and Bechtel Enterprises where as VP of Finance she was responsible for the development of and adherence to the company's strategic plan as well as developing and maintaining external banking relationships and investment portfolio. Ms. Baker holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Calilfornia at Berkeley.

Doug Domergue, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Doug has over 30 years experience as a sales and marketing professional in the technology sector. He brings to Siterra his depth of experience and knowledge in leading and building high performance sales teams and channel sales organizations. Prior to joining Siterra, Doug served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Nuasis where he was responsible for doubling sales of Nuasis' mission critical solution for the call center market. As Senior Vice President Americas Sales at Aspect Communications, Doug was part of the new management team that turned a struggling, unprofitable call center vendor into a profitable market leader that eventually was sold for $1 billion. As Vice President Americas Sales at Remedy Corporation, he transformed the sales organization implementing a strategic sales methodology, developed new channel and telesales teams and more than doubled new license revenues to $100 million in 2 years. Doug began his career in sales leadership as Vice President of North American Sales for the largest provider of automated broadcast systems, offered as a SaaS model, to the television and radio marketplace. He has also served on the Board of Advisors for Project Arena (now Innotas), an East Bay startup offering on-demand project portfolio management solutions. Doug holds a bachelors degree from Penn State University.
